How do I use it?

1 Add users Add/Remove users

Click on 'Admin' to manage users

2 Add items Description

A description of the item.

Price

How much it was. Don't worry about the currency symbol.

Type

Choose what type of item it is.

Date

Leave blank for the current date, or enter your own.

3 Get ready Ready

When you've added all the items you need to, simply tick the checkbox and you're all set for balancing. Only when everyone is ready will you be able to save the current balance.

4 Save

Save Click on 'Balance' to save. When everyone is ready you can save the current balance. Only the user with an Admin account can do this. Saving the balance will give you a new slate to add the next lot of expenses too. It will also show a notification on each users page of who owes them or how much they owe someone else.
